Great care is taken at It's A Wrap Gift Baskets to guarantee that your gift arrives safely at its destination in the same condition it left our shop. We personally hand deliver each basket often witnessing the surprise and delight when it is received...one of the many highlights of our job. If your purchase arrives damaged or not to your satisfaction, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
Placing your Order
Each basket is carefully wrapped with cellophane and tied with beautiful ribbon. A handwritten card and envelope with your personalized message is attached to each gift.
What You See is What They Get
We understand your need for reassurance that what you purchase is actually what is delivered. Every effort is made to recreate your gift basket to resemble the one you have chosen. If products critical to the design are not available at your time of ordering, we will offer suitable replacements. We reserve the right to substitute products with those of equal or greater value.
